![]() Due to the rankings, it’s more hurtful to newer players trying to find genuinely good advice and so I find it hurts the competitiveness of the game rather than encouraging it, holding newer players back who use it as their only form of advice, when they already are at enough of a disadvantage. You can make up whatever fancy title you want, it doesn’t grant you credibility, and frankly the rankings prove this point. Ragnarok is simply more versatile, able to plug into a variety of different teams and dominant on both offense and defense.Īs for my distaste for the wiki, it’s simple it isn’t run by genuine top tier players. Ragnarok is only limited by Taunt, and even then as mentioned, it’s not a super hard counter. ![]() Sherezar is also quite weak on defense as well, due to his Ai frequently misusing Great Dispel to remove any effect that ails the enemy and brining them back into the fight. Yes, Great Dispel removes the enemy Mega Taunt, but also his own, leaving him and his team extremely vulnerable to Anticipation making him a risky play. He’s also not as good against Mega Taunt as people think. He’s quite weak to Dodge Area, with only a single CDA that even when run, takes away from his more valuable AOE’s. People act as if Sherezar has no counters either, but he absolutely does. If Sherezar deserves to be in OP, so does Ragnarok. His SC also does enough to make him super dangerous on defense regardless of whether his skills themselves get counteracted by a Taunter. It also makes him great against Dodge Area monsters. And even then, he can still TT to ally who can do AOE attacks, or trait disable the Taunter (not ideal as it still takes a turn away but the point is that Taunt is more a soft counter than straight up hard counter). There’s only 3 taunters in the entire game, you aren’t going to run into them every war. ![]() No AOE attacks isn’t a death sentence though.
